UNC-Chapel Hill ensures that all programs and facilities of the University are accessible to all students. Those students who have a learning disability or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder are encouraged to contact the Learning Disability Center. Those with visual, hearing, physical/mobility, psychological/psychiatric, and chronic medical conditions are encouraged to contact the Office of Disability Services. Both of these offices are available resources throughout your time here at Carolina and will be happy to assist you.

Tours for graduate students and families are arranged by calling 919-962-1630 or on the Visitor's Center website. Tours begin at UNC Visitors' Center, located inside the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, at 250 East Franklin Street. The entrance is on the west side of the building with large columns and blue welcome banners flanking the door. Parking is available, for a fee, either in the Morehead Lot right outside or on Franklin Street or in the downtown public lots (1-2 blocks away). These tours last between an hour and 90 minutes and are designed to share the culture and resources of our campus and community. The UNC Visitors' Center will also provide a packet of helpful information about living in this area.
