Doctoral Alumni Career Pathways Survey
The Doctoral Alumni Career Pathways Survey is designed to collect feedback from doctoral alumni who are three, eight, and fifteen years post-graduation. Originally part of a national grant from the national Council of Graduate Schools, the initiative seeks to understand career choices and trajectories in a variety of career paths.
Surveys were distributed to a select group of Carolina graduates beginning in 2017, but because the survey has evolved since its inception, only data collected from 2019 onwards are displayed here. Starting in 2023, surveys were distributed to all doctoral program graduates. Check back yearly as we add more results.
