About the survey

By participating, you will help inform the GSE as it develops recommendations for policy changes and improvements that impact doctoral student employment at UNC-Chapel Hill.
Survey background
Organized by the GSE in partnership with The Graduate School and Abacus Evaluation, a core facility within the School of Medicine, this survey will be available to a predetermined list of eligible doctoral-level graduate students prior to beginning the student experience survey. The survey will be available and promoted for a duration of three weeks. Student participants will automatically be entered into regular giveaways. - Workplace climate and equitable treatment in employment roles
- Access to professional development and career support via mentorship, supervision, or other position resources

How to participate
This survey is exclusively for current UNC-Chapel Hill doctoral students enrolled in graduate programs administered by The Graduate School. Participation is voluntary and your responses will contribute to meaningful policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the experiences of doctoral student employees at UNC-Chapel Hill.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is our top priority. ONYEN identifiers will be stored separately by Abacus Evaluation and only deidentified results will be shared with The Graduate School and the GSE. No identifying information will be shared in any reporting. The data collected will strictly serve program evaluation purposes and inform policy improvements.
